Valérie Le Ven

Valerie’s journey with Navakaraṇa began in 2018 at Pure Yoga Shanghai, where she first encountered Dario Calvaruso’s teachings. From the very first class, she was struck by the authenticity and profound power of the method, which resonated deeply with her.

Eager to deepen her understanding, Valérie continued her practice under the mentorship of Betty Bat-Erdene. Betty’s guidance not only enhanced Valérie’s skills but also sparked an ever-growing interest in the unique methodology of Navakaraṇa. 

In 2024 and 2025, Valérie took a significant step in her journey by enrolling in the first two modules of the Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayan Alumnus Teacher Training, led by Betty Bat-Erdene in Shanghai. This experience further enriched her practice and understanding of the method. In 2026, she completed the Master Teacher Training (Module 3)  in Barcelona with Dario Calvaruso, broadening her horizons and deepening her connection to the Navakaraṇa methodology.

As both a teacher and a dedicated student, Valérie is committed to a lifelong journey of learning and sharing her insights with others. She feels a profound sense of gratitude towards Dario Calvaruso for developing and sharing this transformative method, which has had such a significant impact on her life and the lives of many others. Through her teachings, Valérie aims to inspire and guide her students on their own paths to growth and self-discovery.
