Valentina Spirito has been teaching yoga since 2021. After years devoted to sport and movement, she recognised in Navakaraṇa a practice that immediately resonated deeply with her nature: strong, direct, disciplined and profoundly transformative.
From her very first encounter with this method, she felt an immediate connection which, over time, led her to embark on the training programme. She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Alba and Diletta and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026. Through Navakaraṇa, she continues to explore the potential for self-transformation of the body and mind, developing strength, presence and awareness.
She is currently continuing her Navakaraṇa training and teaches in Piedmont and Liguria, between Mondovì and Savona, through group classes, private lessons and workshops, guiding students on a path of growth based on consistent practice and direct experience.
