Sara Pavan

Sara discovered Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa in 2021 through an online article written by Maestro Dario Calvaruso. Coming from a musical background as the daughter of an accomplished orchestra director, she had been singing since the age of seven. However, following a personal life event in 2018, she was suddenly unable to sing anymore. Already a yoga teacher and studio owner at the time, she was instantly captivated by Navakaraṇa, recognising its unique integration of melody and chanting as a safe, emotional sanctuary to reclaim her voice.

The discipline of the method offered her a transformative second chance, allowing her to reconnect with her physical body and embrace her vulnerability. Navakaraṇa drastically shifted her inner dialogue, transforming deep-seated shame into newfound self-esteem. It became her definitive path from the body to the mind.

Driven by this profound self-transformation, she immediately enrolled in the teacher training without any prior practice, graduating from Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) in 2023 directly under Maestro Dario Calvaruso in Fuerteventura. Today, she is the founder and full-time lead teacher at Nyah Studio in Godega di Sant’Urbano, Italy, where she uniquely bridges the geometric rigor of Navakaraṇa with her professional expertise as a Vulnerability Coach specialized in self-esteem and emotional alignment.
