Sara is full time teacher in her own studio close to Barcelona, @kohsala_ where you could find different classes of navakaraṇa vinyasa.
When she was 18 she left her hometown in Navarra (the north of Spain) to study Psychology in Barcelona with the aim of help people to develope their selves. After 3 years working in a corporate, she left her job to travel around Asia for a whole year. During this trip she did a yoga teacher training in Koh Phangan and since then, she started to teach yoga in different countries. When she came back to Barcelona she managed a yoga studio and was teaching regular classes. She met Alessandra Oram in a Navakaraṇa class at Ma•Na (Barcelona). Fascinated by Navakaraṇa Method she decided to join Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa TTC. She did Alumnus Module 1 and Module 2 with Alessandra Oram in Barcelona. At this time she realised the transformative power that Navakaraṇa has on mind and body. In the 2021 became full-time Navakaraṇa teacher and turned her garage, into a studio (Koh śālā). She completed Module 3 in 2023 with Dario Calvaruso.
Sara’s purpose is to bring wellness and awareness through the movement and psychology as a personal practice.
