Sara is full time teacher with a background of Psychology in her own studio close to Barcelona, @kohsala_ where you could find different classes of Navakaraṇa Vinyasa.
She met Alessandra Oram in a Navakaraṇa class in ma•na in Barcelona and she wanted to know more about the method. She did Alumnus Techer Training Module 1 and Alumnus Teacher Training Module 2 with her in Barcelona and she discovered how Navakaraṇa could transform the mind and body. In 2021 she decided to start teaching Navakaraṇa in her garage, which is now a studio (Koh śālā).
She completed Master Teacher Training Module 3 in 2023 and Master Teacher Training Module 4 in 2025 with Dario Calvaruso. In 2024, she went to Japan to immerse in Sākalya Tantra Master Teacher Training to go deeper on the path of her own knowledge with the aim to share with others. Sara’s purpose is to bring wellness and awareness through the movement and psychology as a personal practice.
