Sara has been connected to movement and body awareness since childhood, having practiced rhythmic gymnastics and ballet for many years.
Over time, she explored different styles of yoga and completed different teacher trainings until, in 2021, she discovered Navakaraṇa through Nidia Diaz. That encounter marked the beginning of her journey within the method.
From the very first introductory class, she felt that the rhythm, strength, and choreography transported her to a place unlike anything she had experienced before. Beyond the physical practice, she found in Navakaraṇa a path of self-discovery, presence, and inner alignment—a way of living more connected to her values, her purpose, and her love for life.
With every new discovery within the method, her passion for the practice continues to deepen, leading her to complete Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Module 1 with Nidia Diaz in 2026.
Committed to both practice and study, she continues to grow as a practitioner with the aspiration of one day sharing this path with others.
