Rossella Pignataro

Rossella chooses yoga as her life path, not only as a professional discipline but, above all, as a personal and evolutionary journey. She first approaches yoga in 2018 as a practitioner. From that moment, her interest continues to grow, leading her to explore the world of holistic development with curiosity and dedication. Through this journey, she becomes increasingly aware of the deep connection that unites all aspects of life and begins to follow the natural flow of energy. This awareness inspires her to deepen her studies and train as a yoga teacher.

In 2023, she discovered Navakaraṇa and met Diletta for the first time. She immediately resonated with the method and feels deeply connected to its philosophy. Beyond transmitting the profound awareness embodied in Navakaraṇa, Diletta plants a seed of guidance that continues to inspire Rossella’s path.

She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Diletta and Alba and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.

Today, Rossella integrates Navakaraṇa into her teaching as a transformative method for those who feel ready to embrace meaningful change within themselves. She is committed to supporting others in cultivating awareness, personal growth, and conscious evolution.
