Rosalía Meana Perez

Throughout her life, Rosalía has been involved in sports and was fortunate enough to practice different sports disciplines, from skiing and martial arts to modern dance and practiced different styles of yoga.

She has always felt a great passion for expression and holistic development through movement.

Different life experiences have taught her personal transformation and openness to other teachings and learnings, and consequently, the projection onto other very enriching paths.

Since 2022, she has been practicing Navakaraṇa with Nidia, an example of wisdom, passion and full dedication.

In 2026, She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Nidia and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso.

Her personal desire for new experiences, coupled with the demands of the method, have pushed her to delve deeper into its knowledge, simultaneously driving her to overcome personal limits on a psychological, emotional, and physical level.
