Rosa Gutiérrez Cabrera

As an early child, Rosa was fascinated by rhythm and movement, leading her to study dance and music professionally. However, she was away from these disciplines for a long time because her professional career took a different direction. In 2019, after several physical problems, she started practicing Yoga until in 2020 she discovered Alessandra Oram’s Navakaraṇa classes. As soon as Rosa realized how much Navakaraṇa had helped her recover, she wanted to delve deeper into this method and transmit it to more people. Thus, in 2021 she completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Module 1 with Alesandra Oram and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 2 with Dario Calvaruso in 2022. Currently she combines her job as a data scientist with teaching Navakaraṇa and continues to train in this transformative method that has allowed her to reconnect with music, dance and with herself.
