With a scientific background, Rosa discovered yoga during the pandemic as a way to reconnect with her body and restore balance. In 2024, she was introduced to Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa during a masterclass in Milan with Diletta and Alba, and later deepened her practice with them through a retreat in Cappadocia.
She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Diletta and Alba and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.
This method profoundly transformed her practice, teaching her to coordinate breath and movement with precision, while the Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa sequences offered her the freedom to practice anytime and anywhere.
Passionate about sharing this method with others, Rosa hopes to contribute to making Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa more widely accessible in Italy and Switzerland, where she currently lives.
