Navakarana impacted Paulina’s life in such a profound way that every year she travels from Mexico to Barcelona to practice at Ma•Na Yoga Loft. She discovered Navakaraṇa. in 2021 through a short story on Alessandra Oram’s Instagram. Those 7 seconds were enough to register for Module One and book a flight to Spain. Paulina’s goal is to fully integrate Navakaraṇa’s unique and beautiful style, perfect her teaching skills, and eventually teach in Mexico.
