Natalia Ramon is a yoga practitioner with a background in nursing, passionate about supporting others on their journey to well-being.
Her first experience with the Navakaraṇa Method felt like a moving meditation—a harmonious dance and deeply immersive practice where rhythm, sound, chanting, and breath come together, creating a profound sense of guidance and support.
She currently practices with Laia Valls at her peaceful and welcoming studio in Mataró, and completed The Essentials and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam – Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Master Dario Calvaruso in Bologna, Italy, in July 2025, followed by Power & Control (Module 2) in Essaouira, Morocco, in November 2025. In 2026, she completed the Master Teacher Training Dynamism & Flexibility (Module 3), further deepening her understanding and embodiment of the Navakaraṇa Method.
Now, she wishes to share this powerful method for reconnecting with the body, the breath, and the present moment.
