In the summer of 2024, Melina encountered her master teacher, Dario Calvaruso. Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa captivated her from the very first class. The harmony of movement, the aesthetic flow, the musicality, and the holistic effect on the body were profoundly transformative, revealing a new dimension of self-understanding and embodied awareness.
Melina completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 in July 2024, Module 2 in January 2025, the holistic training of the Navakaraṇa Method, Sākalya Tantra, in Morocco in December 2025, and Module 3 in July 2026. This comprehensive training deepened her understanding of the method’s integrative approach, enriching both her personal practice and her work as a psychotherapist.
Since June 2024, Melina has been teaching Navakaraṇa in Athens as the first and only certified Navakaraṇa teacher in Greece, while continuing her work as a psychotherapist. She is dedicated to creating a safe and inspiring space where movement, breath, and therapeutic presence support people on their journey toward greater self-awareness, empowerment, and personal transformation.
