In 2024, she discovered Navakaraṇa through Alessandra Oram, a moment that became a turning point in both her personal and professional life. She found in this method not only a physical practice, but also a path to reconnect with herself through movement, presence, and awareness.
She completed the Alumnus Teacher Training Modules 1 & 2 in 2024, the Master Teacher Training Module 4 in June 2025, the Sākalya Tantra Bheṣaja in December 2025 and Master Teacher Training Module 3 with Dario in 2026. She continues to deepen her practice and study with dedication.
As a gynaecologist, she believes in the power of mindful movement to support women’s health and well-being. Navakaraṇa has transformed the way she lives, moves, and teaches, allowing her to combine her two passions: women’s health and yoga.
She currently teaches in Barcelona, sharing this practice with respect for its tradition while creating a space for presence, self-discovery, and personal growth.
