Marta Pazowska

Marta comes from Poznan, Poland and yoga, in its various forms, has been an important part of her life for over seven years, but what truly revolutionized her view of a complete practice was her encounter with Navakaraṇa.

To discover what lies within the majestically intertwined sounds and rhythm of this method, she signed up for her first private Navakaraṇa class in Berlin. It was a real revolution. She did not hesitate long before booking flights to Barcelona to delve into this somewhat mysterious method during practice at the Ma・na studio. After this experience, things moved swiftly, she enrolled in Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 with Dario Calvaruso in Fuerteventura, and within two (sweat dripping) weeks, she created her own interpretation of Navakaraṇa. It was then that she understood humility as her core value in practice, as well as the importance of staying grounded and maintaining a great sense of humor.

She is the first Polish woman to complete Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Modules 1 & 2 Master Teacher Training and she warmly invite you to her classes, hoping that you, just like her, will develop a fondness for Navakaraṇa. One thing you can be sure of is she will teach you to breathe properly!
