Marta Pazowska

Marta comes from Poznan, Poland and even though she had been devoted to her intense yoga practice for many years it was the Navakaraṇa laya (tempo) and svara (melody) that have truly revolutionised her yogic journey. To find out what the majestic music conveys, she immediately signed up for her first Navakaraṇa 1:1 class in Berlin, which was eye-(and soul)-opening enough to book a flight to Barcelona and dive into the mysterious method during a regular practice in Ma・na. Little did she wait to dial Dario and make sure that this is the right direction. After that she spent two life changing sweaty weeks in Fuerteventura to coin her very own first interpretation of the method in Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 with Dario in 2023. It was then she understood her core value in the practice is humility as well as keeping it down to earth with a great dose of sense of humor. She is the first Polish to have graduated from the teacher training and she completed Module 2 of the Master Teacher Training with Dario in 2024. She is looking forward to step onto the teaching track soon. However, humbled as she feels by that, she takes pride in one her very first class she led during which one student found her Phalaprāpti a deeply memorable and cleansing experience.
