Marina discovered Navakaraṇa by chance when a friend suggested she attend a workshop led by Julia Massague in Seville.
As soon as she heard Julia’s voice, the rhythm, the clear and concise instructions, and experienced the elegance of the movements, she realised she would never be able to get the method out of her mind and heart.
In February 2024, she completed the Navakarana Vinyāsa Alumnus Teacher Training Module 1 in Madrid with Alessandra Oram. Even though it was only her second time practising Navakaraṇa, she knew this method would change her life forever.
From that moment on, she not only began her self-practice, but also transformed her lifestyle, diet, habits, and fasting routine, learning to live more consciously. She discovered her purpose in life: helping others become the best version of themselves.
She completed the Alumnus Teacher Training Module 2 with Alessandra Oram and the Master Teacher Training Module 4 with Grand Master Dario Calvaruso in June 2025, followed by the Master Teacher Training Module 3 in July 2026.
She currently teaches classes in Seville.
Her intention is to build a Navakaraṇa community in her city and give more people the opportunity to discover this holistic method of self-transformation.
