Marina discovered Navakaraṇa by chance when a friend suggested, she attend a workshop led by Julia Massague in Sevilla.
As soon as she heard Julia’s voice, the rhythm, the clear and concise instructions and felt the elegance of the movements, she realised she would not be able to get the method out her mind and heart.
In February 2024 she completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Module 1 with Alessandra Oram in Madrid and even though it was only the second time practicing Navakaraṇa, she knew this method would change her life forever.
From this moment, not only she begin her self-practice, but she also started to change her lifestyle, diet, habits, fasting, discipline, while simultaneously deciding to study English to be able to speak with her Master Dario Calvaruso. She completed Master Teacher Training Module 4 in June 2025 and currently teaches part-time classes in Sevilla. Her intention is to form a Navakaraṇa community in Sevilla and be able to give more people the opportunity to learn about this method of holistic self-transformation.
