Marina Marmello discovered yoga during the pandemic while living in Oviedo, Spain. After returning to Italy, she completed her Yoga Teacher Certification and began teaching both online and in person as a freelance instructor.
In 2024, she began her training in Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam by completing Module 1 in Fuerteventura, Spain. She continued her studies with Module 2 in Gubbio, Italy, in 2025, and completed Module 3 in Barcelona, Spain, in 2026, all under the guidance of Dario Calvaruso, earning the ATC-324 certification.
Meanwhile, she continued teaching Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa part-time, building a dedicated community of students and guiding them through a structured learning journey enriched by workshops.
Over the past year, Marina has worked as a Yoga Instructor at a luxury resort in the Maldives, where she has taught daily Vinyasa Yoga and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa classes to guests from around the world.
She is passionate about sharing the depth and precision of the Navakaraṇa Method and remains committed to continuous study and practice, teaching with authenticity, discipline, and respect for the Method.
