Marianna comes from a background in dance and rhythmic gymnastics, disciplines that sparked her passion for movement from an early age and led her to further her education in Pilates and movement teaching.
In 2023, she discovered Navakaraṇa through Nidia and felt a deep connection with the method from her very first practice. Its rhythm, the level of attention it requires, and the coherence of the practice inspired her curiosity and led her to complete Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module) 1 in July 2026 with Nidia and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso.
Navakaraṇa has transformed the way she relates to movement and to herself. It has taught her to be more present, to enjoy the process, and to find a balance between challenge, awareness, and flow.
She currently lives in Asturias, Spain, where she teaches classes in several studios.
