Maria Alen

Maria discovered the practice in 2020 and immediatly fell in love with it. Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa transformed her life completly, from the way she connects to others to the relationship with her body, mind and feelings.

Maria sees Navakaraṇa as a pure and authentic practice that helps her discover more about herself and overcome her limits. Maria completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training Module 1 and 2 in 2022 and 2023 with Alessandra Oram and graduated by Dario Calvaruso.

Maria expresses her love and respect for Navakaraṇa through her classes with fellow Navakaraṇa teacher Angela where they convey this feeling to all of their students, when one of them is chanting and giving instructions, the other one is adjusting the students’ alingments. Together, they create an amazing energy due to their love for Navakaraṇa methodology.
