Maider Okariz Santiago

Maider is passionate about music, dance, and conscious movement. From a young age, she has found in movement, specifically through dance, a means of expression, connection, and well-being, which has led her to explore various disciplines throughout her life.

In 2023, driven by an interest in physical health and body care, she completed training in Pilates, therapeutic massage, and aesthetics. A few months later, she attended her first Navakaraṇa class with Alicia López de Eguileta. That experience proved to be a turning point in her journey; she was captivated by the musicality, dynamism, and depth of a method that allowed her to connect more consciously with her body and her breath.

Motivated by a desire to continue learning and to deepen her practice, in 2026 she completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening and Power & Control, under the guidance of Nidia Díaz and graduated by Dario Calvaruso.

As an instructor of guided movement practices, her goal is to continue her professional development in order to share tools that help others improve their well-being.
