Maica Llorens

Maica is a full-time Navakaraṇa teacher based in Cabanes in Castellón, Spain. For years she was training and competing in triathlon races over various distances. Although she considered herself a lifetime sport lover, she gave up competitions looking for a holistic lifestyle which could create bodymind connection and quality life. That was when she started practicing yoga. In the 2020  she had the first experience of  Navakaraṇa Method and she fall immediately in love. She has completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher training Module 1  in the 2021 and Module 2 in the 2022 with Alessandra Oram. In the 2023 complted Module 3 with Dario Calvaruso. Maica felt that Navakaraṇa practice improved consideraly her phisical and mental awareness, and helped her reaching a balance life. This finally motivated her in opening a Navakaraṇa studio immerse in the beatiful nature in Cabanes and love sharing her knowledge and practice to the world.
