Lucia Dell’Aira

Lucia is a joyful and life-loving person who naturally seeks the beauty and possibility in every experience.

Based in Trento, she spends her free time exploring nature with her boyfriend in their van, embracing the freedom of the open road.

Deeply passionate about movement in all its forms, she is inspired by music, dance, and the profound connection between body, mind, and breath.

Her yoga journey began in 2018 while living in Florence, and from that moment, the practice became an essential part of her life—a path of continuous learning, exploration, and growth. After years of teaching, she felt called to find a practice that could offer deeper direction, both on and off the mat. That is when she discovered the Navakaraṇa Method, almost by chance. It was love at first sight.

She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Diletta and Alba and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.

In Navakaraṇa, she found a rare blend of strength, discipline, depth, and harmony unlike anything she had encountered before.

She also found a family—the Kula—a community where she feels truly welcomed, understood, and supported.

For Lucia, this path feels like the beginning of a beautiful and ever-unfolding journey of personal transformation.

She is honored to share this powerful and holistic method with her students and to accompany them as they discover their own path of growth, connection, and self- discovery.
