Born and raised in Barcelona, Lali is an enthusiastic part-time Navakaraṇa teacher. She discovered the method in 2020 and immediately fell in love with it. Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa transformed her life completly, from the way she connects to others to the relationship with her body, mind and feelings.
Lali sees Navakaraṇa as a pure and authentic practice that helps to discover more about herself and overcome her limits. When she practices with the original methodolody of chanting and keeping the pace of the tempo that she feels deeply connected with herself. Lali completed Alumnus Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Teacher Training Module 1 and 2 in 2021 and 2022 with Alessandra Oram and graduated by Dario Calvaruso.
Lali expresses her love and respect for Navakaraṇa through her classes where she conveys this feeling to all of her students.
