After practicing yoga since 2019 and exploring different styles and approaches, she discovered Navakaraṇa by chance in 2024 while searching for yoga studios near her home in Sant Just. She walked into ma•na expecting a regular yoga class, but quickly discovered something entirely different.
The rhythm, the synchronization of movement and breath, the deep sense of unity within the group, and the experience of breathing in harmony to the master’s melodic voice—combined with the complexity and precision of the postures—made the practice captivating from the very beginning.
Her introduction to the method came through Alessandra Oram and Julia Massagué, whose meticulous attention to detail and genuine passion for the practice revealed the depth and richness of Navakaraṇa. Their guidance helped her understand that the method extends far beyond physical postures, offering a path of discipline, presence, and self-discovery.
Feeling a strong desire to deepen her practice and understanding of the method, she enrolled in Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Module 1 with Andrea & Marta in April and graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.
Navakarana brought her a level of body awareness and control that she had never experienced through any other discipline. What began as a simple curiosity soon became a profound and transformative journey
