Felisa Garcia Sanchez

For Felisa, movement has always been a language. From an early age, she found in dance a natural way to express herself, and over the years she continued exploring different disciplines, including rhythmic gymnastics, classical ballet, contemporary dance, lyrical dance, and natural movement. This curiosity to understand the body and explore its endless possibilities has shaped her entire journey.

Today, she is the founder of Centro Kali in Granada, where she teaches Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa full-time. When she first discovered the method, she felt that all of her previous experiences had finally come together. She was captivated by its musicality, the tempo that guides each sequence, the intelligence of its methodology, and the philosophy that brings coherence, intention, and meaning to every practice.

Inspired by this deep connection, she began the official Navakaraṇa training in 2024, completing Alumnus Modules 1 and 2. In 2026, she continued her journey with Master Module 3 with Dario Calvaruso, further deepening her understanding of the method and its richness.

She now shares Navakaraṇa with the same enthusiasm she felt when she first discovered it. Her purpose is to guide others on a journey of self-exploration and self-discovery, offering a practice that encourages a more conscious and authentic relationship with themselves while creating spaces where people can grow, discover their own potential, and reconnect with their bodies through presence, curiosity, and joy.
