Diletta Muzzarelli

Diletta is a passionate full time navakaraṇa vinyāsa teacher. Her intention as a teacher is to accompany her students into a path of self discovery, helping them to embrace their true nature and grow in harmony with it. She encounters yoga as a child and from this initial experience, she begins her spiritual quest, exploring the activities of the human mind from a Western perspective, getting a degree in psychological sciences and techniques, and delving into the Eastern vision, obtaining a master’s in Indovedic psychology. When in 2021 she attends a navakaraṇa workshop led by the master Dario Calvaruso, she already was a full time yoga teacher, but that encounter deeply transforms her personal and professional life. She finds in Dario the master that she had been looking for her entire life, not only for his deep knowledge and wisdom, but mostly because he truly embodies his teachings and for this, she recognizes him as her Guruji. The practice of Navakaraṇa vinyāsa gives her a method that allows her to strengthen both her body and mind. Strength is in truth and in the navakaraṇa practice she finds a path of truth. She attends the three modules of the master teacher training in order to find a deeper understanding of herself, the world around her and to enrich and improve her knowledge and teaching skills. As soon as she graduates, she starts teaching Navakaraṇa vinyāsa through group classes, privates and workshops in Naples, where she lives and teaches. She also organizes retreats and major events all around Italy.
