Her love for yoga started during lockdown. Searching for something that people had already been recommending to her, she looked up yoga online and found Alessandra Oram, who inspired and motivated her. As soon as the doors opened, she was able to fly to Barcelona and experienced Navakaraṇa for the first time, and right then she knew it was for her. She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Module 1 with Andrea & Marta in Barcelona, graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026. Even though Navakaraṇa has not arrived in the Netherlands yet, she hopes to soon be able to keep growing in that community.
