Cristina grew up in Barcelona and has always loved learning, exploring, and embracing new experiences.
In 2022, thanks to Berta, she discovered Navakaraṇa, and it immediately resonated with her. The unique blend of movement, breathwork, and introspection spoke to her on a profound level. She now practices at Figa Yoga Studio with Míriam, a place that has become her sanctuary, where she continues to deepen her practice and connect with a wonderful community.
In 2024, Cristina joined the Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training with Alessandra. Alessandra is not only an exceptional teacher but also a beautiful soul whose guidance has been invaluable throughout Cristina’s journey of self-discovery. The training marked a turning point in her life, helping her grow stronger, more confident, and more connected to herself. Navakaraṇa has become much more than a practice—it is a way of life that has transformed her for the better. She is deeply grateful for the joy, balance, and fulfilment it has brought into her life.
In 2026, she completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 3 with Dario Calvaruso, continuing her commitment to deepening her knowledge and personal practice. She also teaches Navakaraṇa classes at a studio, where she enjoys sharing this transformative practice with others and supporting students on their own journeys.
