Candela González Grandal

An architect by profession, she grew up in a family deeply linked to the world of sports, an environment that awakened her interest in movement, the body and its functioning from a very early age.

Her curiosity to understand how we inhabit and relate to our own bodies led her to explore different disciplines until, in 2023, she found the Navakaraŋa method.

This encounter marked a turning point in her practice. In the method, she found a deeper understanding of biomechanics, the intelligence of movement, and the connection between body, breath, and mind. In a way, it gave structure and meaning to concerns that had accompanied her for years.

With the intention of further developing this practice, in July 2026 she graduated from Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) of Navakaraṇa with Nidia Díaz and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso.
