Ángela Vega Ruiz

From the first moment Ángela discovered Navakaranṇa Vinyasa, she felt a deep connection with the method. The elegance of the choreography, the rhythm, the breath and the singing completely captivated her. Each practice allowed her to reconnect with a part of herself that felt hurt and forgotten, experiencing not only a physical transformation but also a real change in her mind and in how she feels.

Since she discovered the method, she researched it and fell deeply in love with the philosophy and authenticity of Navakarana. Later, she began practicing it and started experiencing a profound connection between movement, breath, and awareness in the classes.

Her passion for this method continued to grow, so she decided to begin Navakaraṇ Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training with the certainty that it would be an important step for her personal growth and also for her professional path. She completed Grounding & opening (Module 1) with Nidia Diaz and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026 .

Today she feels she found a practice aligned with her purpose. She wishes to continue growing and to be able to share Navakaraṇa with love, respect, and fidelity to its methodology and its vision of self-transformation .
