Angela Lopez Ramos

Born and raised in Galicia, Angela is a passionate Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa teacher based in A Coruña, Spain. She discovered the practice in 2020 and immediately felt a deep connection with its unique combination of movement, breath, rhythm and chanting. Since then, Navakaraṇa has profoundly transformed her relationship with her body, mind and emotions, as well as the way she connects with others and with herself.

Angela sees Navakaraṇa as an authentic and powerful practice for self-discovery, personal growth and overcoming limitations. Through the original methodology of chanting and moving with rhythm and tempo, she experiences a deep sense of presence and connection that she is passionate about sharing with others.

She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Teacher Training Module 1 in 2022 and Module 2 in 2023 under the guidance of Alessandra Oram, and graduated as a Level 1teacher with Dario Calvaruso. In 2026, she completed Module 3 with Dario Calvaruso, continuing to deepen her understanding and dedication to the practice.

Angela teaches regular classes in A Coruña and also offers retreats and workshops. She is currently developing an offline community project called Offline Tribu, aimed at creating meaningful human connections away from screens and digital distractions. Navakaraṇa is one of the core activities of the project, and Angela leads these sessions in A Coruña as part of her vision of building community through movement, presence and shared experience
