Born and raised in Galicia, Angela is an enthusiastic part-time Navakaraṇa teacher. She discovered the practice in 2020 and immediatly fell in love with it. Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa transformed her life completly, from the way she connects to others to the relationship with her body, mind and feelings.
Angela sees Navakaraṇa as pure and authetic practice that help to discover more about herself and overcome her limits. When she practices with the original methodology of chanting and keeping the pace of the tempo that she feels deeply connected with herself. Angela completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Teacher Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training Module 1 and 2 in 2021 and 2022 with Alessandra Oram and graduated by Dario Calvaruso.
Angela expresses her love and respect for Navakaraṇa through her classes with fellow Navakaraṇa teacher Maria Alen where they convey this feeling to all of their students, when one of them is chanting and giving instructions, the other one is adjusting students’ alignments. Together, they create an amazing energy due to their love for Navakarana methodology.
