Ana first discovered yoga while in Australia, where she volunteered at a retreat space founded by a woman from India called Swami Sarasvati. Upon leaving Australia, she spent a few weeks in India and had her first contact with the cultural and spiritual wealth of the country. Once she returned to Barcelona, she continued her practice and journey and in 2020-21 she completed his first Yoga teacher training.
Ana completed Alumnus Teacher Training with Alessndra Oram Module 1 in the 2022 and Module 2 in the 2023. Since then she is teaching and practcing Navakaraṇa method exclusively. Her intention is to follow the path of self-knowledge and transformation having Navakaraṇa method as a guide.
