Ambra has been teaching yoga since 2025. With over 600 hours of yoga teacher training and a background in both classical and contemporary dance, movement has always been the language through which she explores herself and the world around her.
Looking back, she often feels that Navakaraṇa found her. From her very first training, the method transformed not only her practice but also the way she perceived herself, inviting her into a deeper experience of awareness, presence, and self-discovery. Since then, it has profoundly influenced the way she teaches.
She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Alba and Diletta and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.
Today, Ambra shares this practice throughout the Genoa and Alessandria areas, primarily at Maitrī Śālā in Mignanego (GE), where she offers a space for exploration, transformation, and meaningful connection through the Navakaraṇa method.
