Amaia Sasiain was born in Oiartzun, a little town of Gipuzkoa (The Basque Country).
She joined her first Navakarana workshop in Mana Centre Bilbao in 2003, where she was lucky enough to meet Ainara, Alessandra and Alicia. That was the time when she experienced the magic of Navakarana.
In 2024, she started Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 2 with Dario Calvaruso in Fuerteventura and she will continue studying Module 1 in June 2024.
She wants to pursue the training of this method and become a Navakaraṇa teacher and also live the Navakaraṇa lifestyle.
She is looking forward to helping students to be more aware of their body and breathing.
