Alicia López de Eguileta Rodríguez

Alicia is a Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa teacher at Ma·na Yoga Loft, in Barcelona and Ma•na Bilbao. She is a natural seeker of knowledge to find freely her purpose, to live consciously and in balance.

At the age of 18, she decided to study medicine to have an understanding of the human body. Since 2013 she fully dedicated to the study and practice of general medicine, ophthalmology, retinal surgery and finally became a pediatric retina specialist.

In 2020, a new job opportunity moved her to Barcelona, where she met Alessandra Oram and life began to change. She realized that even though she had been studying the human body, and in-depth of the eyes, she had no consciousness of her own body, her mind or her feelings. She was inspired by Alessandra and also fascinated with Navakaraṇa´s methodology.

In 2021 she joined module I and II, guided by Dario Calvaruso. He gave her “light into the darkness”, a tool to connect with her deepest inner strength. During the training she felt close, not only with the self-transformation method, but also with the idea of sharing and teaching.

Alicia completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam 432 hours between 2021 and 2022. She is currently teaching at Ma·na Yoga Loft in Barcelona and as of today, she combines her passion for Navakaraṇa and pediatric retina surgery.

She loves to share the practice of Navakaraṇa in a way that guides the student to become aware of their breath and bodily sensations, the biggest insight, and through them, one can observe the mind, harness control and ultimately direct ones life.
