Alba Morillas García

Alba is a Navakaraṇa teacher and molecular biologist specialist whose passion for movement and scientific curiosity have shaped her approach to the practice.

She discovered Navakaraṇa in February 2021 at Ma•na Yogaloft, where she studied under the guidance of Alessandra Oram. Drawn to the method’s depth, precision, and transformative nature, she soon made it an integral part of her daily life.

In 2024, she completed the first module of the Navakarṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training under the guidance of Alessandra Oram, with the final examination conducted by Dario Calvaruso. She continued her studies by completing Alumnus Module 2 in 2025 and successfully completed Module 3 in July 2026 under the supervision of Dario Calvaruso.

Alba currently teaches at Bronsa Studio, a Navakaraṇa Academy in Barcelona founded and run by Andrea de los Mozos and Marta Alarcón. She also teaches Navakaraṇa classes to healthcare professionals at the research hospital where she works as a molecular biologist, bringing the practice into a healthcare environment and supporting colleagues through mindful movement
