Alba de Diego

Alba is a dedicated Navakaraṇa teacher based in Barcelona. She felt a huge connection with the method even before knowing or having practice it, but following her intuition she knew from the beginning that she wanted to study it in depth.

She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 in January 2023 in Fuerteventura and Module 2 in January 2024, also in Fuerteventura, both with Dario Calvaruso, after having completed The Essentials Workshop twice. During this period, she combined her studies of the method with her work as an orchestra musician.

She completed Module 4 (Movement & Freedom) in June 2025 in Barcelona with Dario Calvaruso, followed by Module 3 (Dynamism & Flexibility) in July 2026, also in Barcelona. She also attained the Holistic Level after graduating from Sākalya Tantra in Morocco in December 2025.

In April 2026, she co-founded NĀDA · arts&movement in Barcelona together with Brendan Laxale. There, they both teach Navakaraṇa, while she brings together her profession as a violist and as an artist together with movement, creating and hosting experiences that enrich both disciplines.

She feels that Navakaraṇa has brought, and continues to bring, a profound transformation to every area of her life, helping her grow, deepening her understanding of life, and allowing her to experience it from a more holistic perspective.
