Alba de Diego

Alba discovered Navakaraṇa and had her first experience of the practice at the beginning of 2023. She felt a huge attraction to the method and felt very strong that she will study it. In June 2023 she did The Essentials Workshop and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 with Dario Calvaruso in Fuerteventura and completed Module 2 in 2024.

For her, the coherence of the method and its deep connection with the rhythm, music and dance made the difference from what she used to know. It makes her discover more about herself and overcome her limits in a way she never thought would be possible. She feels a very deep transformation both physically and mentally but also in lifestyle, which she tries to show and teach to her students.

Alba is also a violist and she combines her music career with teaching Navakaraṇa. She teaches currently in Seville in Spain.
