Alba de Diego

Alba discovered Navakaraṇa and had her first experience of the practice at the beginning of 2023. She felt a huge attraction to the method and felt very strong that she will study it. In June 2023 she did The Essentials Workshop and Navakaraṇa Vinyãsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 with Dario Calvaruso in Fuerteventura and in January 2024 she completed Module 2 in same location. She graduated Module 4 in June 2025 in Barcelona.

For her, the coherence of the method and its deep connection with the rhythm, music and dance made the difference from what she used to know. It makes her discover more about herself and overcome her limits in a way she never thought would be possible. She feels a very deep transformation both physically and mentally but also in lifestyle, which she tries to show and teach to her students.

Alba is also a musician, she plays viola professionally and combines both careers.
