Ainara Mintegui currently lives in Bilbao, the city where she was born. Since she was a child she has always enjoyed the movement of her body and studied Classical Ballet for several years. Another of her great interests is the knowledge of the human mind and emotions.
She experienced Navakaraṇa for the first time in 2021 and was totally fascinated. That same year she completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 with Dario Calvaruso in Madrid and continued studying Module 2 with Alessandra Oram in 2022 . She has completed 324 hours of Navakaraṇa study and is looking forward to continue learning and deepening in this wonderful method.
Ainara is very excited to open the doors to her Navakaraṇa studio in Bilbao and to be able to create a space of care and self-knowledge sharing Navakaraṇa.
