Yoga entered Agnese’s life at the age of 16 and has remained a constant path of growth, exploration, and self-discovery. Over the years, she has immersed herself in various styles and trainings, always guided by the desire to find a practice that truly resonated with her, both as a practitioner and as a teacher.In 2024, during an event in her hometown of Senigallia, she met Diletta and Alba and was introduced to Navakaraṇa for the very first time. She was instantly captivated by it.
The impact was so profound that within a week she had already enrolled in the teacher training. She completed The Essentials Workshop and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Power & Control (Module 2) with Dario Calvaruso in Gubbio in 2025. Since then, Navakaraṇa has marked a turning point in both her personal practice and her teaching journey.
Today, Agnese regularly leads Navakaraṇa classes and workshops at her studio, Sam Yoga, sharing a method that has deeply transformed her relationship with the practice.
She then continue to deeper her study and completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Diletta and Alba and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.
The rhythm, the chanting, the elegance of movement, the presence, and the essence of Navakaraṇan embody everything she had been seeking for years. Through the teachings of Master Dario, she found a method that allows her to feel fully authentic and deeply connected, both on and off the mat.
For Agnese, Navakaraṇa is not simply a practice: it is a path that continues to inspire and guide her every day.
