Adriana Agüeros

Adriana is a passionate Navakaraṇa teacher who teaches in Vancouver. She practiced Navakaraṇa for the first time in August 2020 with Alessandra Oram. And since then, she has not stopped.

Adriana was fascinated by the melody, the rhythm, and the meticulous way in which each movement was built in the practice. However, what made her fall in love with this method was the energy of the Ujjāyī breathing. All students flowing and breathing as one.

During the Spring of 2021, she joined her first Module 1 Alumnus Teacher Training with Alessandra. In the summer of that same year, she met the Master, Dario Calvaruso and completed Module 2 Master Teacher Training with him.

Adriana taught her first Navakaraṇa class in Barcelona in September 2021. And that was when she realised that the magic of this method becomes even more powerful when shared. Since 2021 Adriana has dedicated a significant effort to continue discovering the details that make up the practice of Navakaraṇa. She has continued training with Dario and completed Modules 3 and 4.

In 2023 she started teaching Navakaraṇa in Vancouver. Where she currently lives, putting all her passion to create her own kula and continue sharing this transformation method.
