Alba is a passionate and dedicated Navakaraṇa teacher based in the vibrant city of Milan. She started practicing and teaching yoga in 2014 but it was only in 2021 that her practice and her way to approach the word “yoga” changed totally when she was blessed by meeting her master Dario Calvaruso. As soon as she tasted the magical and powerful practice of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa she immediately fell in love with the authenticity, tradition and yet innovation and truth you can experience during a Navakaraṇa class. The attention to the breaths, the elegance of the choreographies and the charming chanting made her reconnect with an ancestral root buried deep in her heart, making her feel part of something much bigger than just her own identity. She felt the need to start a journey of study and practice with Dario and after few months she attended the Essential Workshop in Milan as she was mesmerized by his wisdom and his passion. As soon as she experienced how the Navakaraṇa practice could change not only her body but could also fortify her mind, in 2022 she attended the first two modules of the Master Teacher Training in Italy. She promptly started to share Navakaraṇa vinyāsa through daily group classes, workshops, retreats and major events all around Italy. In summer 2023 she graduated the third module of Master Teacher Training in Barcelona, and in february 2024 she completed the Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam graduating module 4 in Galicia, Spain. Her intention as a teacher is to allow her students to have access to the transformative power of this practice and of themselves. In 2023, together with Dario and her sister Diletta, she creates the pre-training program Tutoring 24hrs to enable prospective Navakaraṇa teachers to access the Master Teacher Training with a solid understanding of the fundamental concepts of Navakaraṇa vinyāsa.
