In 2021, Lali decided to train in Navakraṇa Vinyāsa with Alessandra Oram, her teacher in Barcelona, and Dario Calvaruso, the creator of the method. From the very beginning, she felt deeply inspired by this practice.
Although she had not initially planned to teach, sharing what she had learned came naturally. She started giving classes to close friends and family, and soon discovered that teaching was a source of joy, growth, and human connection.
The Navakraṇa method had a profound impact on her life, transforming the way she inhabited her body and mind. So much so, that she went on to complete her full training — finishing all four modules of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Teacher Training and opened Anga Yoga Studio Navakraṇa studio in Martorell. Warm, conscious space, lovingly created, where she now shares this practice with authenticity, respect, and heart — doing what she loves most.
