Zaira Colomo was born in Sardinia where she currently teaches. She was introduced to the Navakaraṇa by her teacher, Diletta Muzzarelli, immediately she was struck by the uniqueness of the teaching methodology and the deep sense of engagement the practice offered. The rhythm, melody and structure of Navakaraṇa created a profound connection for her, something no other practice had ever given her before.
In July 2025, she completed The Essentials and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Grounding and Opening (Module 1) with Dario Calvaruso. This has further deepened her understanding and commitment to this transformative method.
