Ylenia Gasparini

In 2021, during the months of lockdown, Ylenia discovered teacher Alessandra Oram through online classes. Deeply captivated by the strength and grace of her practice, she began following the method with growing commitment, she later discovered that was the Navakaraṇa method. Shortly after, she moved to Barcelona and had the opportunity to attend a class in person. That experience marked a turning point, as she clearly felt she had found what she had been seeking: an authentic path that blends discipline, beauty, and inner transformation.

The hypnotic rhythm of Navakaraṇa — its musicality and capacity to lead into a deep meditative state through movement — brought her into a space of centeredness, presence, and profound embodiment. She recognised Navakaraṇa is not just a practice, but a living, immersive path of evolution.
