Virginia Mesa Ivern

What defines Virginia is her willingness to help others and, above all, sharing her passion for Navakaraṇa. Virginia started practising modern style of yoga around 2017 but she found her deeper connection with herself only when she discovered Navakaraṇa in the 2020. She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Module 1 with Alessandra Oram in the 2021, Module 2 with Dario Calvaruso during the same year, and Module 3 and 4 with Dario Calvaruso  in the 2022. Navakaraṇa unique method  became her path for transofrmation at all levels physical, mental, and spiritual. What began as a passion is today Virginia’s most important aspect of her life and way of living.
