In 2024 Tiffany discovered Navakaraṇa with Alessandra Oram and after one class she was determined to know more about the integration of tempo, movement and breath.In 2025 she completed The Essentials and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 with Dario Calvaruso in Bologna.
