Sonia Albesa Aguiló

Sonia is a Teacher of Navakaraṇan and eternal student. In 2017, when she was living in Barcelona, ​started to practise regular classes and try different professors and styles. In 2020, during the pandemic, she began to follow different Navakaraṇa practitioners but she had not practiced the method. The way they practised caught her attention. In May 2022, she attended her first Navakaraṇa workshop in Barcelona. She was amazed by the chanting and the rhythm of the class and the fluidity of the practitioners. From that moment, she knew that she wanted to study deeper into the method, and she began to practice with the teachers near to her village. In September 2024, Sonia completed her first Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training  Module 1 in Barcelona with her mentor Alessandra Oram. In
April 2025 she continued with Module 2 to delve deeper into this method.

Since practicing Navakarana, her life has been transformed to a much higher level of consciousness, flowing with body, mind and soul. Connecting with her intuition, her passion is to be able to teach Navakaraṇa in her area and to be able to dedicate 100% of her time to her work as a teacher.
